At Soeur, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items are not quite right, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return them for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Ensure the items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Label and Ship
Print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, secure it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
